POLICY:

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

To avoid any cancellation or rescheduling fees click the Change/Cancel Appointment link in your confirmation/reminder email at the latest one day prior to your appointment. Any same day cancellations before the hour is a 50% service charge, within the hour or a no call no show will be a 100% service charge. Please call (818) 691-3888 for any same day changes to your appointment. Email is not an acceptable form of notification.

Ten Minute Late Policy

Clients are given a strict ten minute grace period. In the event that a client is ten or more minutes late and we cannot accommodate the client, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Scheduling policy

A credit or debit card is required to schedule an appointment. The card on file will not be charged unless a same day cancellation/rescheduling occurs or you are scheduling a permanent makeup service. Clients who schedule a permanent makeup service will be charged a deposit fee that will be counted towards the total service charge.

Appointment Notification Policy

Clients will receive multiple emails and text message reminders before their appointment day. Please make sure all information is correct in order to receive the reminders.
